教師防「燒聲」 必知保養喉嚨9秘訣
（優活健康網記者林奐妤／綜合報導）新學期剛開始不久，一名國中老師講課已講到「燒聲」。受此職業病困擾已久，起初休息少講話，嗓音就逐漸恢復正常，但近1個月來嗓音愈來愈沙啞，且常感到喉嚨疼痛。就醫發現聲帶長繭，再惡化就必須開刀。
教師等職業大量運用嗓音 為高危險群
教師由於職業屬性需要說很多話，且需要較大的音量，容易導致慢性聲帶發炎合併聲帶結節（俗稱長繭），若給予口服類固醇治療效果不佳，需要施行喉顯微手術治療。術後嗓音充分休息，並接受短期音聲復健治療，大多可恢復良好。
高雄醫學大學附設中和紀念醫院耳鼻喉部主治醫師林逸筑表示，選戰進入倒數，激情的參選人與助選員，還有即將到來的百貨公司週年慶，生意特別好的櫃姐及銷售員，也都屬容易嗓音過度使用高危險群，均須特別留意。
保養喉嚨 9個音聲保健小秘訣
聲帶位於喉部呈2條白長條狀、左右對稱，在氣管最上端形成V字型的聲門。造成嗓音沙啞或失聲的原因，從微不足道的小感冒導致急性聲帶炎，到危及生命的癌症都有可能。若嗓音沙啞持續2週以上，又有抽菸喝酒習慣，或是長期反覆發作，建議儘速至耳鼻喉科檢查，以免延誤病情。林逸筑醫師提供9個音聲保健小祕訣：
1） 避免大聲吼叫，吵鬧環境中使用麥克風。
2） 儘量用腹部力量發聲、避免過度清喉嚨。
3） 適當音聲休息，避免長時間說話、聊天。
4） 說話放慢速度，句子間停頓和呼吸。
5） 說話音調勿太低或太高，減少發聲時的阻力和聲帶緊張。
6） 多喝溫開水保持喉嚨濕潤，補充聲帶長期使用散失的水份。
7） 少吃刺激性的食物，如菸、酒、辣椒、咖啡、濃茶等。
8） 要有穩定情緒、充足睡眠及適當運動，保持良好的聲帶彈性。
9） 感冒時儘量少說話，不可使用耳語說話。
