美中貿易戰烏雲籠罩，唯產業密集歲修、以及部分同業因不可抗力因素減產，造成市場供應短缺，帶動乙烯、丁二烯、AN等部分石化原料近期價揚，台塑、中石化、台塑化等廠商受惠。第2季亞洲輕油裂解廠安排歲修較多，支撐石化原料行情。其中韓華裂解廠原訂5月8日歲修結束後重啟，但因罷工遞延至6月初，推升亞洲烯烴類價格好康限時商品反彈，乙烯、丙烯、丁二烯近期價揚。台塑化石化品銷售利差將受惠。. } }); } AN因為歐美廠商受到不可抗力因素而減產、加上同業歲修，市場供應短缺，過去一季價格大漲超過三成，推升利差直逼歷史高檔，台塑、中石化成受惠者。台塑董事長林健男日前表示，同業INEOS的德國廠2月底22萬噸產線因氨氣供應中斷，造成不可抗力因素的減產，雖然該廠已恢復生產，但仍未解除不可抗力。另外，美國的Green Lake廠產能有54.5萬噸，再次推延復工時間，英國Seal Sands廠30萬噸產能也發生不可抗力因素而降載，加上5、6 月多家同業歲修，合計影響年產能推薦產品開店送禮推薦約157.6萬噸、占全球產能22%。法人說，美中貿易戰持續，將造成今年全球經濟成長超值推薦網路熱銷減速，石化業與總體經濟的連動找便宜限時下殺高，很難置身事外，最近部分石化產品價格上揚，是因為歲修、減產等因素，等到歲修潮結束，供給回復正常，價格可能重新面臨壓力。其次，美國頁岩氣製成的低價乙烯持續影響市場，加上大陸不少石化一貫廠產能開出，都會對石化原料價格形成壓力。
劍潭安置文大生 姚：短期住宿非徵收
【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】文化大學大群館被認定違規，學生安置問題棘手。民進黨台北市長參選人姚文智提議安置在劍潭青年活動中心，卻遭柯文哲打臉「劍青中心使用權是救國團，不能隨便徵收」，姚8日召開記者會回擊，強調劍青只是作為「短期安置」，從沒講過「徵收」，也與土地使用分區無關，至於劍青住宿費問題，姚則主張北市府和文大先協商，「救國團也應回饋社會。」
國民黨新北市長參選人侯友宜家出租給文化大學當宿舍的「大群館」，由於大群館所在土地的使用分區為「特定住宅區（二）」，文大以宿舍名義提供該校學生使用，屬北市土地使用分區管制自治條例第5條規定之「第三組：寄宿住宅」，台北市政府都發局依該法就大群館僅能做集合住宅，認定做為宿舍是違規使用。
至於大群館原先的400名住宿學生該何去何從？柯文哲主張「公宅轉宿舍」，利用北投士林科技園區專案住宅，以其中的公宅預留戶數來協助緊急安置學生；丁守中主張直接恢復大群館；姚文智則提議先將學生安置在劍潭青年活動中心，床位夠，交通也便利。
然而，姚文智提案一出，隨即遭柯文哲打臉，「劍青中心使用權是救國團，不能隨便徵收」，北市都發局也表示，劍青中心位在風景區，不得作寄宿住宅使用。姚則在記者會強調，短期使用安置沒有變更設施，與土地使用分區無關，也從沒有說要向救國團徵收；至於丁守中說「劍青中心暑假都已經客滿」，姚文智直批說詞荒謬，「我們討論的是下學期的事，」凸顯丁為護衛黨團利益，碰到救國團就轉彎。
會後媒體詢問，劍青住宿費要如何處理？姚文智表示，這有點類似團購的概念，在價格上當然也會有所調整，應由北市府和文大積極協商，救國團長期享有社會利益，也應回饋社會；對於柯文哲8日受訪時說，宿舍爭議應由侯友宜先去談，政府後介入，姚文智強調，兩者根本可以同步進行，在他聽來，這也是柯市長的推託之詞，「如果侯友宜不談呢？請柯當市長是要他等侯友宜的嗎？」
